Mvt: GRO, excellent mvt condition overall, typically inconsistent gilding, the gilding within the engraving on the barrel bridge is unusually bright, as if re-gilt at some point but then rubbed away from the plate itself; by comparison, there is minor speckle and etching to the main plate with little gilding remaining; dial plain and perfect; hands of later Howard type, excellent with minor bends; case shows light wear, profuse MFS, no dents or dings; bow tight, thinned and uneven at top; good glass crystal.
